Information on shipment

In reference to the recent extraordinary and urgent measures activated by the Government to contain the risk of contagion as indicated in the DCPM March 8th 2020 and March 11th 2020 and, whereas transport of goods is considered to be a work requirement and therefore the personnel conducting transportation can enter and leave affected territories and move within them, limited to the requirements of delivery or pick-up of goods, we confirm the commitment of our couriers to ensure the continuity of operations of pick-up, delivery and forwarding services

Most courier locations are regularly open and will do their utmost to ensure the usual service. We cannot, however, rule out possible slowdowns that are not dependent on our will. In particular, shipments to customers resident in the province of Bergamo may be delayed due to the particular emergency situation.

We also point out that all operators were promptly informed and asked to comply scrupulously with the preventive measures indicated by the Ministry of Health and WHO.

We urge our customers and recipients to avoid any further physical contact with drivers or front office personnel, while respecting the health of all.

We apologize for the possible inconvenience resulting from the emergency situation and will not fail to inform promptly any operational or regulatory updates.

The delivery of the products purchased on takes place within 3/4 working days in Italy and 6/7 working days for all other Countries.

Delivery times may incur delays during

• stock-taking (first week of January) or in extraordinary circumstances

• during holiday periods: for example but not limited to Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays (e.g. April 25 in Italy, July 14 in France, etc.)

• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and pre-holidays or national holidays (for example but not limited to Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, April 25 in Italy, July 14 in France, etc.)
An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.


Deliveries in December are guaranteed by Christmas for orders placed before the 17 December 2021

This date do not contemplate bad weather, customs hold-ups, remote locations and are valid from payment confirmation.

The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the website it is possible to access the reserved MyWOMO section and manage the address book to select the delivery address to use for each order.
The products are shipped in boxes sealed with a tamper-proof label with the words “Guarantee Seal.”
