Orders

  • HOW DO YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

    Placing an order is very easy:

    Select the products that you want to buy on the site (specifying quantity and size, for items with more than one size) and add them to your Shopping Cart.
    Open your Shopping Cart by clicking on the cart image (in the top right on every page) and then on “Go to Checkout”.
    Check your order and, if you want, modify the quantities of each item and remove any you no longer want. If you have a promo code you can enter it into the appropriate box.
    Sign in if you are already registered, otherwise register on the site for the first time or continue as a Guest (not registered).
    Enter your shipping address or confirm/modify your address if you are already registered.
    Choose the payment method (credit card or PayPal) and shipping method.
    Click on “Confirm order”
    Your parcel will be prepared for shipping.
    Your parcel will be collected by a courier and shipped. You will receive it in 5/6 days.

     

  • CAN I ORDER BY PHONE / VIA EMAIL?

  • WHERE ARE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

    You can find the products you want in the various categories (Shaving, Fragrance, Skin Care etc..) and subcategories (for example: "Eau de Parfum") on the top menu or by entering a key word (for example: "Shampoo") directly in the search bar at the top right.

  • HOW DO I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY SHOPPING CART?

    Once you have found the product you want, select your preferred colour or shade and click the "Add To Shopping Cart" icon. A window will open to confirm your selection. If the product is temporarily unavailable, an "Online Soon" message will be displayed.

    If you want to purchase multiple units of the same product, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" icon repeatedly until you have reached the desired quantity. Click the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top right to see the products you have selected, change quantities or remove them. On the "Shopping Cart" page you can also select the payment method, add gift wrap and enter any promotional codes.

  • WHAT DOES "NOT AVAILABLE" MEAN?

    The "Not Available" message means that a product is currently unavailable and will be available again soon. In this case we recommend that you check the site regularly for availability.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE ORDER AMOUNT?

    To access the "Shopping Cart" and complete your purchase there's no minimum amount.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

    Check that the products, any sizes and the quantities in the Shopping Cart are the ones you want.

    When you’re sure about the products selected, click on the “Go to Checkout” button. You can then make a purchase as a:

    registered user (enter your login details if you are already registered on the site or create a new account if you don't yet have one);
    guest (without registering on the site: the data you enter will be used exclusively for invoicing and shipping your order).

  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    Once you have registered, you will always be able to view the status of your order in the “My Orders” section within your “Personal Area”.

    There are 4 expected statuses for every order. For more details, see the following “FAQ”."

    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied. Click on the link in the email to return to the site and complete your registration, by entering your name and click on the button to continue.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER BEING PROCESSED" MEAN?

    The order has not been processed yet. At this stage, you can still cancel the order.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER BEING PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT" MEAN?

    The order has been processed and has been prepared for packaging and shipment. From this point on, it cannot be canceled.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER SHIPPED" MEAN?

    The order has been delivered to the shipper and has been sent off for shipment. You will now receive an email containing a link you can use to track delivery of your package. The link will also be displayed in the "My Orders" section of your Account.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER DELIVERED" MEAN?

    The delivery was completed, meaning the products were delivered to the customer at the address specified on the registration form.

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER?

    You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchasing process. Once an order is confirmed, you can no longer make any changes to it. It is, however, possible to cancel an order that is "being processed" before it is picked up and proceed with a new order.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

    You can choose to cancel your order within 30 minutes of confirmation by accessing the Private Area in the "My Orders” section.
